I do not believe that the firmware changes anything about sending or not emails,
Provided that this firmware is for a camera that accepts SMTP. (E-mail)

I also use the firmware FRW801 and it works in France with the operators of our country.

Unfortunately, I do not know the operators of your country or the type of telephone subscription that it takes to have SMMS or emails?

And I ordered 2 new cameras HC-550G
Camera 550G with original software can't send e-mail. It make this error"

The FWR801.bin is the latest known version.

ERROR: AT + QSSLCFG = "ciphersuite", 1, "0xffff"
Is an SMTP configuration error.

Check out this link:Recherche Google

Edit : Forum Bulgaria

The configuration principle is the same.
Return to the original firmware and check your settings.
It should work.
Note: this camera sends either sms or emails. Not both at the same time.

This version does not work with the remote supplied with my device (15 buttons)
The arrows are shifted, the OK button corresponds to "*" etc.

The only version that works correctly with me is this:
Aug 24 2016, 13: 52: 20
I think this is the official site.

Bonjour,
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider... j'ai acheté une HC 550G , la caméra fonctionne avec les réglages programmés sur l'ordinateur mais ne reconnaît pas la télécommande. Le vendeur chinois m'a addressé deux autres télécommandes de modèles différents mais le problème est identique. Connaissez vous un réglage dans le programme qui pourrait résoudre ce problème ?

La 1° livrée avec la caméra possède 15 boutons (modèle identique à celle photographiée sur les messages précédents) et dans le 2° envoi, ils ont remis la même + une à 7 boutons... j'en ai 3 !

Ok, tu as de la chance, tu as tout ce qu'il faut pour essayer plusieurs Firmwares.
Va dans paramètres, version et dis nous quel est la version de ton firmware actuel.

Selon la télécommande, les flèches ne sont pas au même endroit.
Un peu de tâtonnement et tu devrais y arriver.

Pile de la télécommande ok je suppose.
Sinon ça peut être le récepteur ou l'émetteur HS...
Le laser fonctionne via la télécommande ?

Hello all.. I have a Suntek HC550G with 7 button remote that does not function.

I have loaded the fwr801 bin file from this site with no success. Suntek do not respond to my emails.

Can anyone here send me an alternative FWR801 bin that will work with my 7 button remote?? to email anti-spam

Bonjour, j'ai Suntek HC 350 M et je ne souhaite pas m'envoyer un courrier MMS ou E. Aidez-nous. J'ai essayé d'installer FW qui n'était pas pour HC 550g mais ne l'a pas envoyé.

Toujours pas d'utilisation de la télécommande:
la pile a été changée (sans le plastique...) + nous avons chargé les différents firmeware des deux sortes de télécommandes (j'ai les deux modèles) + le laser rouge de la télécommande fonctionne. que faire?
